Terms & Conditions

1. Reservation Policy

• All reservations must be confirmed with a valid credit/debit card or advance payment.

• Check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM.

• Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
   

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 14 days or more before arrival: Full refund.

• Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival: 50% retention charge.

• Cancellations within 7 days of arrival or no-shows: 100% retention charge.

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 10-15 business days.
   

3. Payment Policy

• Full payment is required at the time of check-in unless otherwise specified.

• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.

• Any incidental expenses must be settled at the time of check-out.
   

4. Identification & Guest Registration

• All guests must present a valid government-issued ID (passport, Aadhaar, driver’s license) upon check-in.

• Non-Indian guests must provide a valid passport and visa details.
   

5. Guest Conduct

• Castle Oodeypore is a heritage property, and guests are expected to respect the decorum and historic significance of the premises.

• Any damage to the property will be charged to the guest.

• Smoking is permitted only in designated areas.

• Excessive noise or disruptive behavior is not allowed.
   

6. Children & Extra Bed Policy

• Children of all ages are welcome.

• Extra beds are available on request and subject to additional charges.

• Cribs for infants can be provided upon request.
   

7. Food & Beverages

• Outside food and beverages are not allowed.

• Alcohol consumption is permitted only in designated areas and in accordance with local laws.

• Special dietary requirements should be communicated at the time of booking.
   

8. Liability & Safety

• Castle Oodeypore is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.

• Guests are advised to use in-room safes for valuables.

• The management is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or medical emergencies that occur on the premises.
   

9. Force Majeure

• The hotel shall not be liable for any failure or delay in service due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, or pandemics.
   

10. Photography & Media

• Commercial photography or videography requires prior permission from management.

• Drones are not permitted without prior approval.
   

11. Governing Law

• Any disputes arising from these terms will be governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of Udaipur courts.
   

By making a reservation at Castle Oodeypore, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
